1. Return Period
You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item (based on the carrier's delivery confirmation date).

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear), accessories, and final sale/clearance items (if marked) are not eligible for return unless defective.

• For returns due to non-quality reasons, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

3. Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Within the return period, email us at service@qqjcw.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Get Authorization: After review, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Ship Back: Pack the item(s) securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

4. Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable.

4. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive an item with a major defect (e.g., holes, stains) or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, attaching clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original one following the process above, to expedite the exchange.
